David Kohler, president and chief executive officer of Kohler was recently visiting India for the launch of their new Kohler Experience Centre (KEC) in Shakti Mills, Mumbai.
Spread across an expanse of 16,000 square feet, over two floors and hosting four distinct zones, the experience centre will serve as a source of inspiration for bath space decor and will provide for an elevated, immersive retail experience.
The first KEC was opened in New Delhi with only around 10 KEC’s globally. India will be the first to have three KEC’s, with the next opening in Bengaluru. Kohler is optimistic about the potential of the Indian market.
Storyboard’s Shibani Gharat caught up with Kohler on his recent visit to India and spoke to him about how invested is brand Kohler in the Indian market and how is it customising their products for the country.
